After refreshments were served, the meeting was called to order by President, Perry England. 18 households represented; 7 proxies. Introductions were made, with 7 new owners being welcomed.
A review of the financial statement was given by Treasurer, Merrilee George. (A copy is available upon request). Perry mentioned that we continue to make it our goal to build up a reserve to cover any emergency and yearly fixed expenses.
Elections were held. 7 returning Board members plus Philippe Poutennot and Jim LaForce were unanimously voted in for the current year:

Pump Station Easement: The City of Bellevue installed an electrical conduit through our property to handle any power outages for the pump station. A plug station was installed above the tunnel on the lake road.
Tree Removal: We obtained permits and had 3 trees removed on the south border of our property, giving us more sunlight on the lawn area and preventing further damage to the neighbor’s house.
Everyone: PLEASE BE SURE THAT ALL WATERCRAFT IS LOCKED UP AND THE KEYS RETURNED TO THE STORAGE ROOM. If you see something left out, please pick it up and return it.
BE SURE THAT THE BATHHOUSE DOOR IS NOT LEFT OPEN – NOR THE GATE!
BE SURE THAT YOU REPORT ALL WATER LEAKS OR FACILITY PROBLEMS TO A BOARD MEMBER IMMEDIATELY.
CALL 911 FOR ANY AND ALL EMERGENCIES OR IF SOMETHING IS HAPPENING THAT IS WRONG.
Items to be accomplished:
- Paint tunnel
- Remove row boat – in bad shape & taking too much space
- Add more sand to beach area
- Swim platform re-carpeted
- Improve playground area
- Install paddle board rack by boat storage
- Replace rotting step by tunnel
- General beach/storage shed clean up
- Pressure wash all areas
- Trim hedges on pathway
- Additional tree trimming
We will make a donation for the services of “Rent-a-Wrestler” – a local high school wrestling team – to do some of the hard labor, including painting the tunnel and hauling sand, playground chips and timbers.

During the summer, we will have a “Kids’ Painting Party” to artistically decorate the tunnel with handprints. More info to follow.
It was mentioned that the seat of the double kayak needs replacement/repair. This will be fixed.
